Over a 25-year span with Kansas State University Football, Jeff served in multiple leadership capacities—including coaching, operations, and a remarkable 21-year tenure as Team Chaplain—where he played a central role in the program’s historic turnaround under Hall of Fame Coach Bill Snyder. He was instrumental in shaping the executive leadership culture, strengthening relationships between coaches, players, and administration, and embedding the core values that became synonymous with the “Bill Snyder Way”—discipline, integrity, accountability, and relentless pursuit of excellence. This foundation in elite performance environments ignited Jeff’s lifelong commitment to leadership development, culture-building, and organizational alignment, principles that now define his executive career.
