#1 Schedule Intro Meeting

We’ll start with an intro meeting to explore where you’re currently succeeding, what hurdles you’re facing, and determine how we can best partner with you.

#2 Build Customized Plan

Next, we’ll build out a customized plan that is right for you and your team. We’ll explore different groups, programs, curriculums, and levels. Check out our Services Page for a head start!

#3 Conduct Sessions

Once we nail down and finalize your customized plan, we’ll Zoom with your attendees to set expectations and learn what motivates your team. Then we go to work and practice leadership together with your staff in a small group environment. The cohort is challenged to change, grow, and implement an enhanced set of leadership skills.
